dYMOS CAN BE CONFIGURED TO TAKE EITHER PAID OR UN-PAID ORDERS or Both:

   – Paid as a Requirement for Calling Customers: Dymos initiates the payment process with the calling customer. This process uses the Twilio Secure Payment Connector and Stripe as the payment processor. 

   – Paid as an Option for Calling Customers: Dymos will ask the user “Do you want to pay now or pay at the store (or upon delivery)?”  If the customer answers that they want to pay now, they will be guided through the phone-based payment process wherein they can enter their credit card. This process uses the Twilio Secure Payment Connector and Stripe as the payment processor. 

   – Unpaid as an Option for Calling Customers: when the customer finishes the order, Dymos will inform them that they will need to pay at the store (or upon delivery, for delivery orders). 

Pay-as-You-Go pricing PER ORDER:

      – paid orders $1.50 USD ($2.00 CAD)

      – UN-paid orders:

               – If you accept both paid and unpaid orders as the caller’s choice, there is no charge for unpaid orders. This helps with those calls that involve customers asking simple questions such as “how late are you open?”.

               – If you only accept unpaid orders, the cost is the same as for paid orders.

DYMOS API:

Pay-as-You-Go pricing PER Call or ORDER:

     $0.75 USD ($1.00 CAD)

               – When you use Dymos API and the client-side SDKs, you are hosting on the cloud platform of your choice and using your own services. This involves your choosing and using a 3rd party service such as Twilio for incoming call handling, as well as all speech services (ASR and speech generation), and a payment processor such as Stripe.
